Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| STUDYOS_IMPORT_TOKEN | Yes | Server-to-server secret issued by the StudyOS admin. Sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. | |
| STUDYOS_IMPORT_API_URL | No | StudyOS Import API endpoint. Defaults to the production URL. | |
| STUDYOS_REQUEST_TIMEOUT_MS | No | Per-request timeout in milliseconds. | 30000 |
