Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MOVIOLA_FFMPEG_DIR | No | Directory holding the ffmpeg trio (ffmpeg, ffprobe, ffplay). Used by the ffmpeg discovery chain, printed by `moviola doctor`. |
