Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| SIMULATOR_USE_CACHE_DIR | No | Puts the per-folder DerivedData/cache on a disk you keep, so the next machine's build is incremental too. | |
| SIMULATOR_USE_STATE_DIR | No | Moves simulator-use's files (default: simulator-use in the temporary folder). | |
| SIMULATOR_USE_MAX_BOOTED | No | Caps how many Simulators run at once; asking for another shuts down the others first. | |
| SIMULATOR_USE_SYNC_INDEX | No | Set to 0 to read every file again on cloud sync instead of using the index in simulator-use's state folder. | |
| SIMULATOR_USE_NO_CLOUD_HINT | No | Set to 1 to hide the NoMac hint shown in errors when simulator-use can't run where it is. |
