Name	Required	Description
`MASTER_KEY`	Yes	Master encryption key (required). Used to encrypt/decrypt sensitive configuration values such as FHIR_SERVER_CLIENT_SECRET, LOINC_PASSWORD, and PINECONE_API_KEY.
`FHIR_BASE_URL`	No	FHIR base path. Example value: /fhir/R4
`LOINC_ENDPOINT`	No	LOINC API search endpoint. Example value: https://loinc.regenstrief.org/searchapi/loincs
`LOINC_PASSWORD`	No	LOINC account password. Sensitive field that may be stored encrypted (EncryptedField).
`LOINC_USERNAME`	No	LOINC account username. Example value: loinc-user
`TRANSPORT_MODE`	No	Transport mode for the server. Set as e.g. TRANSPORT_MODE=stdio. Valid values: stdio, http, or https.
`EMBEDDING_MODEL`	No	Hugging Face embedding model name. Example value: NeuML/pubmedbert-base-embeddings
`FHIR_SERVER_HOST`	No	FHIR API host URL. Example value: https://api.medplum.com
`PINECONE_API_KEY`	No	Pinecone API key for vector search. Required for document search (semantic retrieval features). Sensitive field that may be stored encrypted (EncryptedField).
`FHIR_SERVER_CLIENT_ID`	No	OAuth2 client ID for FHIR. Example value: 019720e7...
`FHIR_SERVER_CLIENT_SECRET`	No	OAuth2 client secret for FHIR. Sensitive field that may be stored encrypted (EncryptedField).
