Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| JD_GIT_TOKEN | No | HTTPS embedded token for push, used only for this push (not written to git config). | |
| JD_MCP_TOKEN | No | Bearer token for HTTP authentication. | |
| GEMINI_API_KEY | No | API key for Google Gemini when using LLM refinement (provider=gemini). | |
| OPENAI_API_KEY | No | API key for OpenAI when using LLM refinement (provider=openai). | |
| DEEPSEEK_API_KEY | No | API key for DeepSeek when using LLM refinement (provider=deepseek). | |
| JD_MCP_TRANSPORT | No | Transport for MCP server: stdio or http. Default is stdio. | |
| ANTHROPIC_API_KEY | No | API key for Anthropic Claude when using LLM refinement (provider=claude). | |
