Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| FAL_KEY | No | API key for fal.ai services (Kling video, FLUX, Recraft, Ideogram, SD3.5). Required if using fal.ai backends. | |
| GOOGLE_API_KEY | No | API key for Google services (Gemini vision/OCR, Imagen, Veo, Nano Banana, Omni Flash). Required if using those backends. | |
| RUNWAY_API_KEY | No | Optional API key for Runway video provider. | |
| BYTEPLUS_API_KEY | No | Optional API key for BytePlus video provider. | |
| REPLICATE_API_TOKEN | No | Optional API token for Replicate video provider. | |
| MACRO_PICKLE_OMNI_DIR | No | Default output directory for omni video edits. Falls back to export dir. | |
| MACRO_PICKLE_BRANDS_DIR | No | Directory where brand profiles are loaded from. Default: content/brands | |
| MACRO_PICKLE_EXPORT_DIR | No | Directory where rendered images/clips are saved. Default: ./generated-images | |
| MACRO_PICKLE_PROMPT_VAULT | No | Directory where finalized prompt markdown notes are saved. Default: ./exported-prompts |
