| REPLICATE_API_TOKEN | No | Optional API token for Replicate video provider. | |
| MACRO_PICKLE_OMNI_DIR | No | Default output directory for omni video edits. Falls back to export dir. | |
| MACRO_PICKLE_BRANDS_DIR | No | Directory where brand profiles are loaded from. Default: content/brands | |
| MACRO_PICKLE_EXPORT_DIR | No | Directory where rendered images/clips are saved. Default: ./generated-images | |
| MACRO_PICKLE_PROMPT_VAULT | No | Directory where finalized prompt markdown notes are saved. Default: ./exported-prompts |
