Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| ALLOWED_HOSTS | No | Host header allow-list for the MCP Express integration. Required when demoing remotely through a tunnel hostname to prevent DNS rebinding. | |
| DOSEWISE_AGENT | No | Forces the simulator agent mode. Valid values are bedrock or scripted. Defaults to scripted when no AWS credentials are present. | |
| CAREGIVER_TOKEN | No | Overrides the caregiver bearer token. Defaults to the demo caregiver token. | |
| AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID | No | AWS access key ID used to enable the Bedrock agent mode. |
