Click on "Install Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type
@followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@google_maps_mcpwhat are the best cafes in Bangalore?"
That's it! The server will respond to your query, and you can continue using it as needed.

Prerequisites

A Google Maps API key (Get one here)
Run the MCP server
Install

Setup Steps
Clone the repository:
git clone <your-fork-url> cd google_maps_mcpBuild: Go to the root of the project and run-
uv buildSet your Google Maps API key:
You can set it in your environment or in the config (see below).
Example (Linux/macOS):

Install the local build as an executable: Ensure that your
PATHenv var contains the~/.local/binpath.If not, add this to the end of your
~/.bashrcfile.export PATH=$PATH:~/.local/binand then run-
source ~/.bashrc
Run the executable containing the MCP server:
uvx dist/google_maps_mcp-1.0.0-py3-none-any.whl
