Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| X-Salesforce-Auth-Mode | No | Optional. Force an auth flow: 'client_credentials' or 'username_password'. When blank the flow is chosen from the fields sent (username + password present -> username/password flow, otherwise client credentials). | |
| X-Salesforce-Client-Id | No | Connected app / External Client App consumer key (client credentials flow). | |
| X-Salesforce-Instance-Url | No | The org's My Domain URL (any path is ignored), e.g. https://acme.my.salesforce.com. Always required; a non-https value is rejected. | |
