Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| JIRA_API_TOKEN | No | Jira Cloud API token, used together with JIRA_USERNAME. | |
| CONFLUENCE_HOST | No | Confluence host, for example acme.atlassian.net or confluence.example.com. | |
| GITHUB_API_HOST | No | GitHub API host, default api.github.com; used for GitHub Enterprise Server or GHE.com. | |
| MCPKIT_REGISTRY | No | Registry URL used by `mcpkit update` to download updated manifests. | |
| MCPKIT_AUTO_UPDATE | No | Set to 0 to turn off the daily background auto-update check. | |
| CONFLUENCE_USERNAME | No | Confluence Cloud email address, used together with CONFLUENCE_API_TOKEN. | |
