This product is extracted from the MAXIA V12 oracle modules (C:/Users/Mini pc/Desktop/MAXIA V12/), not built from-scratch. The previous plan (docs/archive/plan-2026-04-13-OBSOLETE.md) is archived for traceability and must no longer be followed.
