| RESEND_API_KEY | No | Resend API key for login codes and alert emails. Optional in development: codes are logged instead. | |
| SESSION_SECRET | No | Secret used to sign sessions (shared with the web app). | |
| DEV_LOGIN_EMAIL | No | Developer sign-in email to sign in without email while developing. | |
| KITE_API_SECRET | Yes | Your Kite Connect API secret. | |
| CREDS_ENCRYPTION_KEY | No | Key used to encrypt broker credentials (shared with the web app). | |
| ZAP_KITE_MCP_APP_URL | No | URL of the deployed web app (e.g. the domain pointed at by the Kite app's redirect URL). | |
| ZAP_KITE_MCP_TEST_DATABASE_URL | No | Overrides the default test database URL used by the pytest suite. |
