Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| AUTH_API_KEY | Yes | Any random secret string; callers must send it as Authorization: Bearer <key>. | |
| SENDING_EMAIL | Yes | The 'from' address (must be on a domain verified with Resend). | |
| RESEND_API_KEY | Yes | API key from Resend. |
