Tend

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

Name	Required	Description
`TZ`	No	The household's time zone. Dose times are local wall-clock times. Default: system time zone.
`HOST`	No	Where to listen (host). Default `127.0.0.1`. Localhost binds get DNS-rebinding protection automatically.
`PORT`	No	Where to listen (port). Default `3000`. Localhost binds get DNS-rebinding protection automatically.
`TEND_DB`	No	SQLite file for the household. Default `tend.db`.
`AWS_REGION`	No	Simulator voice agent AWS region. Default `us-east-1`.
`TEND_TOKEN`	No	Requires `Authorization: Bearer <token>` on `/mcp` and `/api/`. Set this whenever Tend is reachable beyond localhost.* No default.
`TEND_DEMO_TIME`	No	Pins the household clock to a time of day, e.g. `09:40`, for demos and recordings. No default.
`BEDROCK_MODEL_ID`	No	Simulator voice agent Bedrock model ID. Default `us.amazon.nova-pro-v1:0`.
`ALERT_WEBHOOK_URL`	No	Receives a plain-text POST for every alert. Works as-is with ntfy: `https://ntfy.sh/<your-private-topic>`. No default.
`TEND_ALLOWED_HOSTS`	No	Comma-separated hostnames to accept when `HOST=0.0.0.0` (for example your domain). No default.
`TEND_CARE_RECIPIENT`	No	How the family refers to the person being cared for. Default `Mom`.
`AWS_BEARER_TOKEN_BEDROCK`	No	Amazon Bedrock API key for the simulator's voice agent (or use any standard AWS credentials). No default.

Guidance the server publishes about itself, which clients place ahead of the tool catalog so the model reads it before choosing anything.

This server publishes no instructions, or was last inspected before Glama recorded them.
