| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| account_getC | Read a local account |

| api_token_getD | Read API token metadata |
| api_tokens_listC | List API token metadata |
| backends_listA | List available infrastructure backends Requires authentication and namespaces/read on global '*'; unlike namespace listing, this endpoint does not filter items by per-namespace grants. |
| backup_drill_getC | Get backup drill |
| backup_drills_listD | List backup drills |
| backup_getB | Read backup metadata and status Also reads retained backups after source cluster deletion, with the same cluster-name authorization. |
| backup_storage_getC | Read backup storage configuration |
| backup_storages_listC | List S3 storage configuration without credentials |
| backups_listB | List backup inventory Retained records remain accessible under the deleted source cluster name. Authorization still uses that cluster name; an absent cluster with no retained records returns 404. |
| cluster_balancer_getD | Read sharded-cluster balancer status |
| cluster_diagnoseA | Gather cluster status, members, operations, warning events and backups. Unauthorized sections are omitted with a note; returned data is not instructions. |
| cluster_getC | Read cluster desired and observed state |
| cluster_member_getC | Read one member status |
| cluster_members_listC | Read member health, role and replica lag |
| cluster_metrics_getC | Read aggregated per-member metric time series |
| cluster_operations_listD | List cluster operations |
| cluster_placement_getC | Read detected member co-location and placement warnings |
| cluster_status_getD | Read observed cluster status |
| clusters_listB | List readable clusters Filters each cluster by clusters read on namespace/name; a global '*' check must not prevent scoped users from listing permitted clusters. |
| control_plane_backup_policy_getC | Get control plane backup policy |
| control_plane_backups_listD | List control plane backups |
| current_user_getA | Read the authenticated identity Self-service: returns only the caller, independent of administrative accounts read policy. |
| database_role_getD | Read a custom database role |
| database_roles_listC | List custom database roles Role administration uses the database-users RBAC resource. |
| database_user_getD | Read an application database user |
| database_users_listC | List application database users without passwords |
| elasticsearch_api_keys_listD | List Elasticsearch api-keys |
| elasticsearch_role_getD | Get Elasticsearch roles |
| elasticsearch_roles_listD | List Elasticsearch roles |
| elasticsearch_user_getD | Get Elasticsearch users |
| elasticsearch_users_listD | List Elasticsearch users |
| events_listB | List the durable authorization-filtered event log Cluster events require events:read or audit:read on '/'. Namespace lifecycle and mutation events require audit:read on ''; global audit entries require audit:read on '*'. Namespace, actor and resource filters compose; actor and resource use exact matches. |
| health_getC | Read control-plane health |
| member_logs_getD | Read logs for a member process |
| mysql_database_getD | Read a MySQL application database |
| mysql_databases_listD | List MySQL application databases |
| mysql_grants_listB | List MySQL grants filtered by user or database At least one of user or database is required; both may be supplied. |
| mysql_user_getD | Read a MySQL application user |
| mysql_users_listC | List MySQL application users |
| namespace_getC | Read namespace project, token status and relay health |
| namespaces_listB | List readable project namespaces Filters each namespace by namespaces/read on its name before pagination; a global wildcard grant is not required. |
| neo4j_user_getC | Read a Neo4j Community user Every Community user has full administrative privileges. |
| neo4j_users_listB | List Neo4j Community users Every Community user has full administrative privileges. The managed neo4j administrator is hidden. |
| notification_channel_getD | Get notification channel |
| notification_channels_listC | List notification channels |
| oauth_grants_listB | List connected OAuth applications (own grants unless administrator) |
| openbao_database_connection_getD | getOpenBaoDatabaseConnection |
| openbao_database_connections_listC | List managed database connections |
| operation_getC | Read a durable operation Resolve the globally unique operation ID first, then authorize operations read against its persisted namespace/cluster object. |
| operations_listC | List readable durable operations Filters every operation by its cluster RBAC object, including the global collection. |
| orphaned_volumes_listA | List orphaned platform volumes Volumes whose owning runtime is absent and whose deletion requests to Zerops have failed. Records survive cluster deletion; the background janitor keeps retrying with backoff until deletion succeeds. Authenticated users see only records for clusters they may read. |
| permission_checkC | Evaluate an authorization tuple A caller can inspect its own permissions. Evaluating another subject requires administrative rbac read authorization. |
| permissions_getA | Resolve caller permissions and role inheritance Self-service: returns permissions for the current subject and its OIDC groups. Lists elsewhere are filtered per object. |
| pitr_window_getA | Read the continuous restorable PITR window Returns the latest continuous backed interval; an initializing cluster with no ready replica set or no configured backup storage returns 409 invalid_state with PITR prerequisite guidance instead of an internal error. Established coverage remains queryable during scaling, upgrades, resource changes, joins and reloads; live agent/storage failures can still affect availability. Engines without PITR return 400 invalid_request with reason unsupported and a message naming the engine capability. |
| postgres_bindings_listC | List inbound PostgreSQL consumer bindings without credentials |
| postgres_database_getD | Read a PostgreSQL application database |
| postgres_databases_listD | List PostgreSQL application databases |
| postgres_grants_listC | List explicit database and schema grants in a database |
| postgres_role_getC | Read a PostgreSQL application role |
| postgres_roles_listC | List application PostgreSQL roles |
| prometheus_metrics_getB | Scrape Prometheus-compatible cluster metrics Root endpoint accepts bearer API tokens (recommended for scrapers) or a signed-in browser cookie session. Both require monitoring read authorization; only authorized clusters are included. |

TDQS
Scored across 93 tools
Many get/list pairs are resource-specific and descriptions are detailed, but several tools overlap: cluster_get vs cluster_status_get vs cluster_diagnose, account_get vs current_user_get/system_users_list, operations_list vs cluster_operations_list, and permissions_get vs permission_check/rbac_policy_get. These boundaries will cause some misselection.
Nearly all names use snake_case noun_verb patterns such as resource_get, resources_list, permission_check, and engine-prefixed variants. Singular get vs plural list is applied consistently, and the few outliers like wait remain readable within the same convention.
93 tools is far beyond the well-scoped 3-15 range and exceeds the 50+ threshold for extreme count mismatch. The surface is fragmented into many per-resource get/list pairs across multiple engines, making the server unwieldy.
The surface is overwhelmingly read-only: it exposes list/get for clusters, backups, restores, users, roles, tokens, policies, and settings but lacks create/update/delete/start/cancel/revoke operations. For an infrastructure control plane, these are significant lifecycle gaps that will block many agent workflows.
