Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CST_AGENT_TMP | No | Directory for temporary VBA macros. Defaults to %TEMP%\cst-agent\vba\. | |
| CST_DESIGN_DIR | No | Design card directory. Search order: CST_DESIGN_DIR → project .claude/skills/cst-design/design → ~/.claude/skills/cst-design/design → bundled design. | |
| CST_EXPORTS_DIR | No | Directory to store Touchstone, far-field CSV, and screenshot exports. Defaults to 'exports/' under the server cwd, or ~/.cst-agent/ if cwd is not writable. | |
| CST_PROJECTS_DIR | No | Directory to store .cst project files. Defaults to 'projects/' under the server cwd, or ~/.cst-agent/ if cwd is not writable. | |
| CST_LICENSE_SERVER | No | CST license server address. If set, used for CST licensing. |
