Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| TP_AUTH_COOKIE | No | Your TrainingPeaks `Production_tpAuth` cookie value, used for headless servers, containers, and CI. This is optional: the server stores credentials in the system keyring / encrypted file by default (via `tp-mcp auth`), and when set, `TP_AUTH_COOKIE` is checked first and overrides any stored credential. Obtain it by logging into https://app.trainingpeaks.com, opening DevTools (F12) -> Application tab -> Cookies, and copying the `Production_tpAuth` value. Treat it like a password and inject it from a secrets manager rather than hard-coding it. |
