Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| BASE_URL | Yes | Public HTTPS base URL of the self-hosted MCP server (for example https://mcp.example.com), used for OAuth issuer and portal links. A trusted HTTPS reverse proxy should serve this exact hostname. | |
| MASTER_KEY | Yes | 64 hex character encryption master key (for example generated with openssl rand -hex 32). Used to encrypt tenant-bound persisted data. Never regenerate it for a database you want to keep. | |
| OWNER_PHONE_HASH | Yes | 64 hex character SHA-256 hash of the initial administrator's Iranian phone number normalized to ten digits (9xxxxxxxxx, omitting 98 or a leading 0). Used for owner onboarding. |
