Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCD_MCP_TOKEN | Yes | Your McDonald's China MCP token, obtained from the McDonald's open platform (https://open.mcd.cn/mcp). Required for live data (mainland phone number needed); without it only `--mock` data works. |
