Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| APP_HOST | No | Host interface to bind the app. For example, 0.0.0.0 for access from other machines. | |
| DEEPSEEK_API_KEY | No | DeepSeek API key for AI enrichment. Optional; without it, the enrichment flow runs in demo mode. | |
| MCP_ALLOWED_HOSTS | No | Comma-separated list of hostnames or IPs allowed for MCP clients. Example: localhost,127.0.0.1,192.168.1.5 |
