Most tools target distinct resources and actions, with clear separation between board, page, group, and element operations. The main ambiguity is whiteboard_native_edit, a broad native editor that overlaps with whiteboard_update_elements, whiteboard_manage_page_groups, and mind-map element operations, plus minor overlap between whiteboard_inspect and whiteboard_export for retrieving IDs.
All names use a consistent whiteboard_ snake_case prefix.
