Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| ARENA_LOG_PEER | No | Peer-IP logging mode: full (default), mask (SHA-256 hashed with per-install salt), or off (field omitted). | |
| ARENA_BORE_SERVER | No | Override the bore relay server (self-hosted) for TCP-only relay. | |
| ARENA_INSECURE_TLS | No | Set to 1 to opt out of strict TLS verification with a one-time stderr warning. | |
| ARENA_WEBHOOK_STRICT | No | Set to 1 to enable opt-in strict mode for webhooks. | |
| ARENA_NGROK_AUTHTOKEN | No | ngrok authtoken; free tier requires one. | |
| ARENA_TUNNEL_PRIORITY | No | Override the tunnel provider priority ordering (e.g. cloudflared,zerotier). Unmentioned providers keep their default position. | |
| ARENA_BRIDGE_PIN_SHA256 | No | Optional certificate pinning - tighten the trust anchor to this specific bridge cert (or its public key) sha256 hex. |
