Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| PINECONE_API_KEY | No | Pinecone API key for vector search (required for document search features). Can be plain text or encrypted. | |
| FHIR_SERVER_CLIENT_ID | Yes | OAuth2 client ID for the FHIR server, e.g. 019720e7... | |
