Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| BASE_DOMAIN | Yes | The base domain for the gateway, e.g. mcp.lucyboo.io | |
| TENANTS_SEED | No | Optional path to a JSON file to seed tenants on boot. | |
| SESSION_SECRET | Yes | Secret used to sign session cookies. |
