Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| TRAINHEROIC_CONFIG_DIR | No | Directory that holds the cached token, the exercise library cache and the ids it learned about your calendar. Defaults to ~/.config/trainheroic-mcp. | |
| TRAINHEROIC_SESSION_TOKEN | No | The `session-token` header from a logged-in TrainHeroic web session. Alternative to TRAINHEROIC_EMAIL + TRAINHEROIC_PASSWORD. |
