| TEAMS_MCP_READ_ONLY | No | Start the MCP server in read-only mode (disables all write tools). Set to "true" to enable. | |
| TEAMS_MCP_TENANT_ID | No | Pin the authority to a specific tenant (e.g. contoso.onmicrosoft.com); required for single-tenant app registrations. |
