Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_BEARER_TOKEN | No | Bearer token for MCP authentication. Required when MCP_AUTH_MODE is set to 'token'. | |
| BROKER_DEVICE_TOKEN | Yes | Device token for authenticating the agent WebSocket connection. |
