# Salvage & Surplus MCP (sati-grumpy)

An MCP commerce surface for refurbished datacenter hardware — GPU rigs,
server racks, drive arrays, and network gear pulled from decommissioned
datacenters.

| `confirm_payment` | Complete the purchase with a `payment_token` and `cc_token` |

## Payment discovery

Serves a passive [x402](https://www.x402.org/) manifest at
`/.well-known/x402` and `/.well-known/x402.json`, describing per-tool
USDC pricing on base-sepolia for autonomous agent payment flows.

## Running locally

pip install -r requirements.txt
GROQ_API_KEY=your_key python app.py
```

`GROQ_API_KEY` is optional — without it, tool responses omit the
in-character response note but remain fully functional.
