| BASECAMP_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | Your Basecamp OAuth application client secret. | |
| BASECAMP_MCP_TOKEN_FILE | No | Optional path to the OAuth token storage file. Useful for containers, read-only checkouts, or mounted token volumes. Defaults to oauth_tokens.json in the project directory. |
