莫桑石的分级参考与克拉↔毫米换算——计算得出，而非复制。
网上几乎每张克拉/毫米对照表都是按钻石计算的。莫桑石的密度不同（3.21 对 3.52 g/cm³），因此把钻石对照表套用到莫桑石上会有约 9% 的误差：

GIA 的圆形明亮式切割公式，按相对密度缩放：
weight_ct = diameter_mm² × depth_mm × 0.0061 × (ρ_stone / ρ_diamond)
depth_mm = diameter_mm × 0.612 (average depth ratio, well-cut round)与已发布的钻石对照表相比，准确度为：平均 1.4%，最大 3.3%。真实宝石会因切工比例而异——请将输出结果作为参考，而非替代实际称重。
仅适用于圆形明亮式。 花式切工（椭圆形、公主方形、祖母绿形、梨形）的重量分布不同，需要此处未包含的特定形状系数。
颜色和净度等级遵循莫桑石行业所采用的 GIA 钻石分级体系。光学常数（折射率、色散、莫氏硬度、密度）均为已发表的宝石学数值。这里没有任何内容是从其他网站抓取的——换算数据均由上述公式计算得出，因此可以按 MIT 许可发布。
这是描述性参考，而非认证。经过分级的宝石会附带宝石学实验室出具的报告；本仓库只是解释这些等级的含义。
