| EDWORKING_API_TOKEN | No | API token for Edworking, required for local stdio mode. Supplied securely in the process environment. | |
| TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_KEY | No | Random 32-byte key encoded as 64 hex characters. Required for development and Railway deployment. | |
| EDWORKING_CONNECT_URL | No | Optional. Enables a native Edworking connection page only after that page has shipped. | |
| OPENAI_DOMAIN_CHALLENGE | No | Optional. Serves the OpenAI verification value. |
