NameRequiredDescriptionDefault
WORKSPACEYesPath to the directory containing the figures/projects you want the MCP server to work with. Passed as the `--workspace` command-line argument, e.g. `node /absolute/path/to/biocanvas-studio/scripts/mcp-server.mjs --workspace /absolute/path/to/your-figures`. Use absolute paths (quote paths containing spaces). The server only writes named `.biocanvas` projects inside this directory.
