面向 AI 代理的自主电子发票工具包。 官方 XRechnung / EN 16931 校验，ZUGFeRD 导入/导出，100% 离线，零 API 密钥。

Kontor MCP 是一个开源的 Model Context Protocol 服务器和参考客户端，为 AI 助手（Claude Desktop、Claude Code、代理平台）提供完全本地的德国/欧盟电子发票能力：解析、校验、审计、解释、生成和转换 XRechnung 和 ZUGFeRD/Factur-X 发票——基于 官方 KoSIT / EN 16931 规则集，并且数据永远不会离开你的机器。

状态： Phase 0（去风险与基础搭建）——尚不可用。请参见 docs/IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md。
