Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| POSTHOG_API_KEY | Yes | Your PostHog personal API key (for example phx_...). Without the key, every tool call fails with an error naming the missing variable. | |
| POSTHOG_PROJECT_ID | No | Optional default PostHog project ID. Can also be passed per tool call as project_id. | |
| POSTHOG_API_BASE_URL | No | Optional full PostHog API base URL override. Defaults to https://app.posthog.com/api. |
