## Setup

## Environment Variables

### Getting Credentials

1. Get your API key: [https://trello.com/app-key](https://trello.com/app-key)
2. Generate a token: Click the "Token" link on the API key page
3. Authorize the token with the scopes you need

- Authentication: API Key + Token (query parameters)
