| MS_TENANT_ID | Yes | The Entra (21Vianet) tenant ID, asked for by the `npm run setup` wizard. | |
| MCP_IMAGE_TAG | No | Docker image tag to use when running with an older Compose file, e.g. v0.2.0. | |
| MCP_SEND_MODE | No | Controls whether write operations such as sending mail require confirmation. Keep MCP_SEND_MODE=confirm to have the user confirm before sending. | |
| MCP_PUBLIC_URL | No | The service address (HTTPS MCP endpoint) for the deployment, asked for by the `npm run setup` wizard. Clients connect at `/mcp` (e.g. http://localhost:3000/mcp locally). | |
| MS_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | The client secret Value (not the Secret ID) for the Entra application. Edit it into the generated .env file rather than passing it on the command line. |
