Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_TRANSPORT | No | Transport mode: 'stdio' or 'streamable-http'. Default is 'stdio'. | stdio |
| MCP_SERVER_URL | No | Public URL of the MCP server for OAuth redirects (required for streamable-http mode). | |
| BASECAMP_ACCOUNT_ID | No | Your Basecamp account ID (found in URL: https://3.basecamp.com/{account_id}/projects). Required for stdio mode. |
