## What is this?
Apirro helps brands become **discoverable, understandable, transactable and measured** for AI shopping agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and autonomous agents). This MCP server exposes Apirro's core intelligence as **7 public, read-only tools** — no login, no API key, no setup.
## Quick start
**Endpoint (Streamable HTTP):**
```
https://apirro.ai/api/public/mcp
```
**Well-known manifest:**
```
https://apirro.ai/.well-known/mcp.json
```
### Claude Desktop
Add to `claude_desktop_config.json`:
```json
{
"mcpServers": {
"Apirro": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://apirro.ai/api/public/mcp"]
}
}
}
```
### Cursor
Settings → MCP → Add server:
```json
{
"mcpServers": {
"Apirro": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://apirro.ai/api/public/mcp"]
}
}
}
```
### ChatGPT / Custom GPT
Settings → Connected Apps → Add MCP server → paste the endpoint URL:
```
https://apirro.ai/api/public/mcp
```
### Any MCP client
Any client supporting remote MCP over Streamable HTTP can connect directly to the endpoint above.
## Tools
| Tool | Description |
|---|---|

| `explain_readiness_signal` | Deep-dive diagnostic for any readiness signal: what it means, why it matters to LLMs and agents, and how to fix it. |
| `get_agentic_commerce_overview` | The shift from search-led to agent-led commerce, every protocol Apirro connects to seamlessly (MCP, UCP, AP2, GEO/AEO) and current market data. |

TDQS
Scored across 7 tools
The action tools (scan_agent_readiness, get_apirro_pricing, search_apirro_resources) are clearly distinct, but the four explanatory tools overlap: get_agentic_commerce_overview, get_agent_link_details, get_agentic_commerce_glossary, and explain_readiness_signal all return conceptual/definitional content and share topics (MCP, UCP, AP2). An agent could reasonably hesitate between the glossary and overview for a definition lookup.
Names follow a readable snake_case verb_noun pattern, with get_ dominating the retrieval tools and scan_/search_/explain_ used for their respective actions. Minor inconsistency in that one tool prefixes with 'apirro' (get_apirro_pricing) while others use domain terms, but overall it is predictable.
Seven tools is well-scoped for a readiness/pricing/informational server. Each tool maps to a distinct resource (scan, pricing, glossary, overview, link, resources), though the explanatory group is slightly dense relative to the server's other functions.
The surface covers the core lifecycle: diagnose readiness (scan), interpret results (explain signal), and understand the offering (pricing, overview, glossary, Agent Link, resources). Minor gap: no action to re-fetch a past scan or to proceed to onboarding/signup, but an agent can work around this via resources or pricing.
