Provides a Gemini CLI extension so House AI's design and visualization tools can be used from Google's Gemini CLI.
Connects House AI to OpenAI's ChatGPT and Codex as a custom MCP plugin/server, enabling photo-based interior and exterior redesigns, paint and flooring previews, staging, and product search from those assistants.
Click on "Deploy Server".
Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
In the chat, type @ followed by the MCP server name and your instructions, e.g., "@House AI Redesign my living room in a Japandi style from this photo"
That's it! The server will respond to your query, and you can continue using it as needed.

House AI is an AI interior design studio. This repo connects it to AI assistants and coding agents through the Model Context Protocol. Share a photo of a room, a house or a yard, pick a style, and House AI shows you a photorealistic redesign of that same space. You can also preview a wall paint color or new flooring, empty a cluttered room, furnish an empty one, and find real furniture and decor like the pieces in your design.
House AI is used in 175+ countries and is a top 10 design app in the US, Canada and Australia.

Sign-in: your House AI account (email, Google or Apple). Designs use your House AI credits, exactly as in the app, and are saved to your House AI history. Browsing styles works without signing in.
Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and enter https://mcp.houseaiapp.com/mcp. Claude asks you to sign in the first time a tool needs your account.
Open Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server. Enter https://mcp.houseaiapp.com/mcp, choose OAuth, and select Create as a plugin (OpenAI's steps). You can attach a room photo right in the chat.
