You can also clone this repo and build the corpus yourself. The schema, fetcher, and tool implementations all live here. What is not in the repo is the pre-built database — TDM and standards-licensing constraints on the upstream sources mean we host the corpus on Ansvar infrastructure rather than redistribute it as a public artifact.

• Provisions are returned unchanged from SQLite FTS5 database rows

Ansvar attribution code: PL-Statutory-PD. Basis: Ustawa o prawie autorskim Art. 4 — Polish statutory-PD carve-out for legislative and administrative acts.

• Statutes & Legislation: Kancelaria Sejmu RP — ISAP. Public domain under Art. 4 of the Polish Copyright Act, covering ustawy, rozporządzenia, obwieszczenia, and other legislative/administrative acts.

• EU Metadata: EUR-Lex (EU public-domain notice).

Coverage scope (narrow carve-out)

Art. 4 of the Polish Copyright Act is NARROW — it does not enumerate court decisions.

• IN-SCOPE under Art. 4: statutes (ustawy), drafts, regulations (rozporządzenia), administrative acts, official notices.

• OUT-OF-SCOPE under Art. 4: court decisions. These require a separate basis:

  • Civil judgments: K.p.c. Art. 9 (Code of Civil Procedure).

  • Criminal judgments: K.p.k. Art. 100 (Code of Criminal Procedure).

• Why this matters: This MCP ships the statute tier from ISAP under Art. 4. A case-law tier would require a separate licensing declaration.
