Installation

Ihre .env-Datei ist in .gitignore aufgeführt und wird niemals committet.

Ausführen des Servers

python server.py

Der Server kommuniziert über stdio (Standard-MCP-Transport) und bleibt aktiv, bis Sie ihn beenden. Sie interagieren nicht direkt mit ihm — das erledigt Ihr MCP-Client.

Verbindung mit Claude Desktop

Öffnen Sie Ihre Claude Desktop-Konfigurationsdatei:

Ersetzen Sie die Pfade durch die tatsächlichen absoluten Pfade auf Ihrem Computer. Die Verwendung des env-Blocks hier bedeutet, dass Sie nicht einmal die .env-Datei benötigen — der Schlüssel wird direkt übergeben.

Starten Sie Claude Desktop neu. Um zu überprüfen, ob es funktioniert, klicken Sie auf das Büroklammer-/Anhang-Symbol in der Chat-Eingabeleiste und wählen Sie dann Connectors — Sie sollten national-parks mit einem blauen Schalter sehen, der anzeigt, dass es läuft.
