Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| ACORN_PASSWORD | Yes | Your University of Toronto password used for ACORN authentication. | |
| ACORN_USERNAME | Yes | Your University of Toronto UTORid used for ACORN authentication. | |
| QUERCUS_API_TOKEN | Yes | Your Quercus API token. Can be generated in Quercus via Account -> Settings -> Approved Integrations -> + New Access Token. |
