OpenGym Coach for ChatGPT Sites

ChatGPT Sites ランタイム向けの openGym モバイル版です。ルーティンの計画、ガイド付きセッションの実施、履歴の編集、体重の記録、統計の確認、認証付きリモート MCP による ChatGPT の接続ができます。

機能

  • ルーティン、週間プラン、1日単位の変更。

  • 重量とレップ数を事前ロードするガイド付きセッション。

  • レップ数または時間ベースのエクササイズ。

  • 編集可能な履歴とスキップされたセット。

  • 推定1RM、筋肉量、体重。

  • 楽観的ロックによるユーザーごとの D1 永続化。

  • OAuth 2.0/Auth0 と gym:read / gym:write 権限。

  • 読み取り・書き込みツールを備えた /mcp/ 上の MCP Streamable HTTP。

  • 未知のエクササイズを保持する Gym Coach の決定論的インポーター。

設定

このアプリは、.env.example に記載されているランタイム変数を使用します。本番環境では、AUTH0_AUDIENCE は /mcp/ で終わる MCP URL と正確に一致する必要があり、Auth0 の Audience、OAuth の resource パラメータ、保護されたリソースのメタデータはすべてリテラルに一致する必要があります。
