Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| ANTHROPIC_API_KEY | No | Enables the Claude agent and Claude note extraction. Without it, offline keyword intents run the same MCP tools. | |
| STANDUPBEE_GITHUB | No | Set to 0 to turn off GitHub sync. Default `1`. | |
| STANDUPBEE_EXTRACTOR | No | The extractor to use for note extraction. One of: anthropic, bedrock, rules. | |
| STANDUPBEE_BEDROCK_MODEL | No | Claude on Amazon Bedrock model ID (default `anthropic.claude-opus-5-5`). |
