- **Fix**: Comprehensive retry logic with exponential backoff
- **Test**: Navigation retry mechanism implemented and tested

- **Issue**: Invalid browser sessions causing failures
- **Fix**: Session validation and automatic recovery
- **Test**: Browser lifecycle properly managed
