## Critical Issues
### CRITICAL #1: MoveOperationStrategy Rollback Missing File Type
**Location**: `src/core/git/operations/MoveOperationStrategy.ts:163-169`
**Problem**: When rolling back a move operation, the strategy restores the source file without passing the explicit file type parameter.
**Current Code**:

**Why This Is Critical**:
1. During rollback, the source file has been **DELETED** from GAS
2. API's Priority 2 fallback (existing file type) **WILL FAIL** - file doesn't exist
3. API falls back to Priority 3 (extension detection from filename)
4. Extension detection will work for `.gs` files but might fail for ambiguous names
5. **If restore fails, user loses data permanently**
**Correct Fix**:

**Problem**: After `operation.applyChanges()` writes to remote, there's no verification that the write succeeded.
**Current Code**:

### MEDIUM #2: No Atomic Transaction Between Local and Remote
**Location**: `src/core/git/GitOperationManager.ts:138-262`
**Problem**: The workflow commits to local git BEFORE writing to remote. If remote write fails, local and remote are out of sync.
**Current Workflow**:
1. Write files to local disk
2. ✅ Git commit (with hooks)
3. Read back validated files
4. ❌ Write to remote (might fail)
5. If remote fails: Rollback local git commit
**Why This Matters**:
1. **Time window where local and remote diverge**
2. If rollback fails, permanent divergence
3. Race conditions if multiple operations run concurrently
**Ideal Workflow** (not currently possible without two-phase commit):
1. Prepare changes locally
2. Lock both local and remote
3. Commit to both atomically
4. Unlock
**Current Mitigation**:
- Rollback mechanism exists (lines 282-299)
- Logs track divergence
- But rollback might fail too
**Recommendation**:
- Document this limitation clearly
- Add logging to detect divergence
- Consider adding a "sync check" command to detect and fix divergence

## Architecture Recommendations
### RECOMMENDATION #1: Separate gasClient.ts
**Current Issue**: `gasClient.ts` is 26,465+ tokens (exceeds 25,000 token limit)
**Proposed Structure**:
