# UIUC Security Requirements for Canvas MCP Server
## Executive Summary
This document evaluates the Canvas MCP server against security requirements applicable to University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and similar educational institutions. The requirements are based on common university security standards, FERPA compliance, and best practices for educational technology systems.
## 1. Regulatory Compliance
