# GitHub Actions CI/CD Complete Fix Summary ## All Issues Resolved ✅ ### 1. MCP Package Installation Issue ✅ **Problem**: MCP package requires Python >=3.10, but workflow tested with Python 3.9 **Solution**: - Updated all Python version requirements to >=3.10 - Removed Python 3.9 from test matrix - Updated all configuration files for consistency ### 2. Deprecated GitHub Actions ✅ **Problem**: Using deprecated `actions/upload-artifact@v3` **Solution**: - Updated to `actions/upload-artifact@v4` in tests.yml ### 3.
