Apache License Version 2.0, January 2004 CONTRIBUTION ADDENDUM This Addendum ("Addendum") is entered into effective even with those certain “TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION” known as the “Apache License, Version 2.0” (the "License Agreement") and applies to each individual or Legal Entity who makes Contributions to the Licensor. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Addendum have the meaning given to them in the License Agreement. In consideration of Your use of the Work described in the License Agreement, and the mutual covenants contained herein and therein, and for other good and valuable consideration, You agree as follows: 1. Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that each Contribution You make under the License Agreement will be Your original work of authorship or that You have intellectual property rights sufficient to such Contribution under the terms of the License Agreement and this Addendum, and that no such Contribution will infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. 2. No Additional Compensation for Contributions. You acknowledge and agree that: (i) all of your Contributions are made voluntarily, (ii) You are owed and will receive no fees, payment, or remuneration for making Contributions, and (iii) Your potential use of the Work as such may be possibly improved by Your Contributions is sufficient consideration for your making the Contribution. 3. Absence of Harmful Code. By submitting a Contribution, Your represents and warrant that the Contributions do not contain any viruses, time bombs, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, logic bombs, or any other code, files, scripts, agents, or programs intended to do harm including, but not limited to, those that: (i) may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; (ii) may adversely affect the operation of the computer or system of any user of the Contributions; or (iii) violate the privacy of any user of the Contributions. 4. Integration. This Addendum shall be deemed an integral part of the License Agreement and shall be interpreted and enforced in conjunction with the terms and conditions set forth therein
