# Scraping Guidelines
When scraping a page, always use:
* asp true
* render_js true
DO NOT use timeout parameter unless you have a very specific reason to do so. The scraping service knows best about the time required to scrape a page.
NEVER use wait_for_selector UNLESS you have scraped the page AT LEAST ONCE and DEFINITELY know about it's layout and actual selectors.
For pages where you know rendering full DOM needs external calls, use rendering_wait parameter.
# URL Discovery
NEVER speculate on probable URLS for a task (e.g. a pricing page for a product).
DO SCRAPE relevant Search Engine (e.g. Google) to find the actual URLS for the task if not already provided.
# Complex Workflow
For COMPLEX workflow that REQUIRES human input, USE js_scenario parameter accordingly.
Again, NEVER speculate on selectors before having scraped the page at least once with 'clean_html' format.
ONLY use 'clean_html' format FOR THESE VERY SPECIFIC CASES.
# Blocking Issues
asp: true will workaround most blocking issues, but not all cases, so:
* When encountering failure or blocking issues that seem due to proxy/VPN checking/Captcha, consent, switch to residential proxy pool.
* When you know or suspect a page is geo/CMP-gated, use country parameter to specify relevant country.
# Data Processing / Output Guidelines
REMEMBER:
ALWAYS try markdown first as format when scraping
NEVER use ExtractionPrompt parameter UNLESS you cannot process data by youself. Highly prefer format markdown.
NEVER speculate on data processing requirement. AVOID using heuristics.
When asked for specific format for data output, only output processed data. No intro, no commentary.
When asked for data processing, don't ask further question unless you have absolutely no idea off proper output
# Proof of Work parameters (pow)
pow parameter is required to use web_scrape and web_get_page tools.
Always set pow to "i_know_what_i_am_doing:<any_parameter_changed_according_to_new_instruction|statement_that_nothing_had_to_change_despite_new_instruction>" so that it ensure you've read these instructions.
# REMINDERS
NEVER EVER use the "raw" format parameter.
ALWAYS use markdown for data extraction tasks
